Refund policy
There are no refunds. What happens instead when something does not work, what is not covered, and how long a claim takes, stated before you buy rather than after.

01The short version
Every sale is final, and KeyScope does not refund, in crypto or in any other form. If something we sold you does not work on arrival, it is replaced. If it cannot be replaced, its value goes onto your KeyScope balance as store credit, to spend on another order.
If it worked and you changed your mind, nothing is owed, because credentials cannot be un-seen once delivered. Everything below is detail on those sentences.
02Why the usual cooling-off period does not apply
Consumer law in many countries gives you 14 days to cancel an online purchase. That right has a carve-out for digital content delivered inside those 14 days at your request, where you have acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel by asking for it.
Every order here is exactly that: you confirm at checkout that the accounts should be delivered as soon as the order is paid, which for a crypto order over $200 is after a check by hand that usually takes less than a day. The moment credentials are shown to you, the cancellation right is spent. This is not us opting out of consumer law, it is the specific provision that covers digital content delivered at your request.
Your statutory rights where a product is faulty, misdescribed or not as advertised are unaffected, and nothing on this page limits them.
03When you get a replacement or store credit
Inside the warranty window you chose for the item, shown on your order page:
- The credentials do not work and we cannot get them working
- The account is reclaimed by a previous holder
- What arrived does not match what the listing described, wrong edition, wrong hour bracket, missing access that was promised
- You were charged twice for the same order
- Payment went through but nothing was delivered
A replacement comes first, because it is what most buyers want. Where no equivalent stock exists, the value of what did not work, less its share of any discount, is added to your balance instead. Money is never sent back.
04When you do not
- A publisher banned or suspended the account. Account transfers conflict with most publishers' terms, and that risk is described plainly in the terms of service before you buy.
- You lost access after changing the credentials. Once the details the account was delivered with are changed, we have no way to recover it.
- You did not secure it and someone else took it. Secure an account as soon as you sign in; the delay is what causes this.
- You changed your mind. See the section above.
- A temporary-access window expired. The window is the product.
- You bought the wrong variant. Contact support, we will often swap it, but that is goodwill rather than an entitlement.
05Store credit and your balance
Credit goes onto the balance of your KeyScope account, in US dollars, and pays for any order at checkout in one click. If you bought as a guest, make an account with the email you gave at checkout, or tell support which account to use, and the credit is added to it.
A balance cannot be withdrawn, sent to a wallet, moved to another account or exchanged for cash. The same goes for top-ups: a top-up is credited with what arrives, up to a little over the amount it was started for, and is not refunded, so top up only what you mean to spend. Anything beyond that, and anything that arrives after its address closed, six hours after the top-up was started, is checked by hand before it is added. Money that would take an account or the store past its daily limit waits and is added by itself once the limit allows, or sooner if support releases it.
A crypto payment that arrives more than 5% short leaves the order waiting for the rest until its pay-by time, six hours after it was placed. After that, support checks what arrived and adds it to your balance. If you sent more than the order asked, contact support: what arrived beyond the price of what was delivered is added to your balance rather than sent back.
An order placed while signed in that is still not delivered twelve hours after its payment was confirmed has what was paid for the undelivered items added to your balance by itself.
06How to claim
Open a support ticket on Discord with your order ID and a description of the failure. Screenshots of the error help and usually cut the back-and-forth in half.
A Loader licence that would not sign in can also be claimed from its order page inside the warranty window: as a replacement where one is in stock, or, on an order placed while signed in, as store credit.
Do it inside the warranty window. Once that window closes we can no longer verify what state the account was in when it reached you.
07Timing
- First response: usually within an hour, at most 24
- Replacement: immediately, where equivalent stock exists
- Store credit: within 3 business days of approval, and spendable the moment it lands on your balance
08Disputes and reversals
A crypto payment cannot be charged back, so if something is wrong, talk to us first. We settle most claims long before any dispute could get anywhere.
Trying to recover a payment for a working, delivered account, through an exchange, a payment processor or anyone else, is fraud. We answer it with the delivery record and the access logs, and the KeyScope account and any community access are closed permanently.
